BunkerHive Necromunda

Necromunda has arrived to the bunker! And four four different fights where played out between eight gangs eager to win the reputation of being the most cruel and viscous masters of the underhive.

So my first ever game of Necromunda was insanely bloody. It was Genestealer Cult "Generation Primus Miners" against the Goliaths. The leader and the champions where all taken out of action and the fact that the Goliaths bottled (fled) before my weak cultist had the time to flee was the only winning factor.

Some photos from the battle seen below:

Blood bowl Finale

Bunker Bowl season 4 has come to an end

It's Finale. It's Xraz Wars vs  Zufbars Stonehearts, dwarf against half dwarf. Organized against chaotic.  The dwarfs score a TD and the death roller stays on the pitch thanks to sneaky bribe handed to the referee. After full time both teams has scored a TD on the opponent. Xraz Wars is getting more and ore battered and taking the majority of causalities. Phuur Tallhat is killed, but the apothecary patches him up to continue the game.

It goes to overtime and there is a roll-off to see who starts with the ball. It's maximum eight turns, after that penalties will decide (a random roll). Zufbars get to receive the ball in overtime and proceed with a safe dwarf cage towards the chaos end zone. Huuf Longhat attempts a blitz witch force the ball carrier to drop the ball into the crowd. The crowd throws the ball towards the dwarf end-zone and suddenly Phuur Tallhat runs for the ball. On the sixth attempt (dice roll) to pick up the ball he finally manage and score a 2-1 victory for Xraz Wars.

Score 2-1 but a hard 1-5 in casualities, Xraz Wars becomes the winners of season 4, Bunker Bowl and receive the glittering price of a golden and spiky trophy!

The Cult is Rising

Genestealer Cult Primus Miners
The cult is slowly emerging from the grey shadows. Necromunda is arriving to our little town. So must the Hive fleet vanguard also. So far only Acolyte and Neophyte hybrids, but in a close future they might get reinforced.

That saw looks awesome.

Getting some base coating.

Some firepower to complement the close quarter weapons.

The big and the small.

Magnetized weapons for a few guys.

The full healthy boys.

Deployment

Turn 3

Turn 4

Turn 5

Summary
After a thought and scenic battle the battlefield stands engulfed in fire and smoke. Wrecks allover the ground. A little bite one sided, with only a handful of vehicles from The false emperors combine standing at the end of turn 5. The unholy alliance, loosing all their knights, resurrects about half the Necrons back to battle, and with half of the Imperial fists alive the outcome is a massive total destruction of The false emperors combine with a final score of  24-2.

Warhammer 40k - Secure and control

Ynnari vs Grey Knights - 1500 pts

This battle reminded me a lot of a recent battle against the Emperors favored banana boys. A small elite force of grey knights, all topped with 2+ save and plenty of wounds ambush the fragile and dying Aeldari. Through the far sight visions of the Farseer, the Aeldari manage to seize the initiative and strike first. The objective is to take the enemy objective and hold the own objective...!

Turn 1
The Ynnari war host move forward, knocking down the dreadnought to 1 wound. The grey knights deepstrike most of the army, as well as teleporting the rear deployed assault squad forward. The result is a brutal assault that destroys the wave serpent and consolidate the grey knight positions.

Turn 2
The Ynnari fight back, killing the dreadnought and damaging the (horribly ugly) dreadknight. The wyches reach the grey knight paladins in assault but fail to kill any. In return grey knight charge the guardians killing them, while softening up the rest of the Aeldari infantry.

Turn 3
The Ynnari destroy the dreadknight (This alone should be considered a major victory for Aeldari and Mankind alike. Sadly there is more of these horrible abominations out there so the Xenos will continue to wage war against mankind for sure.). The grey knight assault squad is reduced in shooting, but a lone wych, unable to escape from close combat, prevents the Ynnari from killing the palladins with ranged fire. In the following grey knight turn, the paladins are reinforced by another group of paladins, raining destruction on the dark reapers.

Turn 4
The Ynnari kill the new coming paladin squad with combined fire, while the second, now free paladin squad, escort the apothecary close enough to... kill Yvraine with a thunder hammer.

Turn 5
After a continuous standoff between the lascannon armed Razorback and the Nightwings, the Nightwings finally pulls off as winners. This relieve the grey knights of any chance winning the game with no units to hold the objective. The apothecary however... manage to charge the Farseer... and kills him with his thunder hammer.

Minor Aeldari victory.
