Turn 2
Both Hellblades arrives and one of them destroy a looted wagon, while the other fail to hurt the Skullhamma. The Predator takes another hull point of the Battlefortress. Bozze kills one Obliterator!

Turn 3
The Skullhamma goes down from lascannon fire from the predator. In the process 16 orks find them self unlucky to be under the explosion. But hey, they'll grow back as mushroom spores later anyway! The bikers knocks a hull point of one of the Hellblades.

Turn 4
Bozze is shot dead by the Hellblade. The wartrakk fail to hit the Vindicator despite point blank range - the ork way! Ork shooting kills a terminator. The Deffdread charges the two remaining Obliterators and kills them.

Turn 5
The Preadator sets an end to the Deffdread rampage. The terminators charge into the shootaboyz and kills a good number, losing one terminator in the process. The remaining shootaboyz flees. In the center the Chaos charge the orc Warboss. The sorcerer challenge the painboy, killing him. In the following Ork turn, the Warboss challenges the Chaos lord - cleaving him in half with its powerclaw. The Sorcerer is killed by the remaining orkz. The bikes kills another terminator and the remaining two flees! We roll to see if the battle continues and roll "2" - the battle is over in a Chaos victory.

The scenario is a Dust up somewhere in Normandy between the US 7th Atmoured tank and the infantry of 12th SS. Both sides holds half their company in delayed reserve. Reserves arrives along the table corner in front of the mission objectives for each side respectively.

Turn 1
The armored column of US tanks move forward. The Artillery tries to range in on the Jagdpanthers but fails.

The German infantry digs in and the Jagdpanthers re position to fire at the observer tank but misses.

Turn 2
The US is biding their time to wait for the reserves to come. The artillery range in on a Jagdpanther but fails to hit it.

The German Paks dig in and the Jagdpanthers move out of the ranged in artillery. They try to destroy the observer tank once again but fails to hit it.

Turn 3
A platoon of US tanks arrives along the bocage and in good position to shoot one of the Jagdpanthers. Stabilized short range fire proves too much for the Panther which quicklcatch fire.

Reserves seems eager to fight and the SS Nebelwerfers arrive as well. The remaining Panther destroy one of the Shermans hiding in the Bocage before making a stormtrooper move back to relative safety. The PaKs are out of range.

Turn 4
The US are further reinforced by an armored rifle platoon that advance into the forest. The tank platoon in the Bocage move out to take cover behind the burning Panther. The first platoon of tank along with the commanders moves up ahead the road to shoot at the German Paks. The Paks all save their hits.

The SS are now almost at full strength with another infantry platoon arriving from reserve. It moves to threaten the objective guarded by three Shermans. The return fire from the Paks are not merciful and result in two destroyed and three bailed Shermans. They do however pass their morale test.

Turn 5
The last reserve, the AA trucks arrives. The Infantry push further through the forest positioning them self for an assault. The CiC drives into a close by forest to find concealment. Combined fire from the Priests and the tanks behind the wreck destroy the last Panther. In an attempt to avoid massed defense fire only a few US riflemen attempts an assault, killing two teams and losing two them self before breaking off.

The last German reserve, the mortars arrives. With the US infantry treating their left flank, the SS best hope is to take the US objective. Still in the sight of the Paks, the Shermans takes another beating of AT fire and are destroyed.

Turn 6
The Paks proves to difficult to approach and the remaining US tanks position them self out of sight from the guns. The hope stands to the infantry. On the US left flank combined fire from the Artillery and the Tanks kills three SS infantry teams. After heavy suppressing fire the US infantry assault the SS infantry and secure the objective.

For the SS things are going from bad to worse as both flanks are about to collapse. The CiC sacrifice himself to buy anther turn of battle by contesting the left objective. The SS at the right flank fails to destroy any tank with its Panzerschrek approaching the objective.

Turn 7
The US press on the assault and takes the objective after killing the German CiC. The teams up to the Bocage is killed and now it seems hard for the SS to stop the Americans from taking the objective.

The SS attempts to secure the US objective. The pass their Tank terror and lose one team in defensive fire, but the assault destroy one and bail one tank. The Lone Sherman hits back and kill one team, and the SS fail their morale to counterattack. With only 3 teams left, they have to make a test - witch fails.

Turn 8
With no Germans to contest the objective the US secure it and score a 5-2 victory!

So onto to the first battle of 2016... This battle takes place in the outskirts of Warsaw, between the Red army and the Polish home army. The scenario is a "no retreat" mission with modified deployment areas. The Poles holds half of their platoons in reserves and the Soviets takes the first turn.

Turn 1
The Red horde rolls onward to the Polish line and opens up with the heavy breakthrough guns. One unlucky team of Poles are killed in the fire.

The Polish sniper reveals itself and destroy one Katjuscha. For the infantry the order is "No Retreat"!

Turn 2
Quite some lucky shooting from the T-34:s destroys all three captured Pak AT guns. The IS-2:s are now close enough to make an assault and force the Poles to break off after initial causalities. One IS-2 is however destroyed by the Piat and Panzer-faust armed militia. On the right flank another IS-2 manage to scare the Sniper away.

The Polish defenders are reinforced by an infantry platoon of Kedyw from the reserve.

Turn 3
The lone Katjuscha unpin and kills a Kedyw team in its return fire. The IS-2s and the T-34 advance further into the Polish lines.

The Poles now calls for their secret weapon, a Tiger tank borrowed from the Germans.  The polish Kedyw at their left flank advance towards the middle with a "on the double move". The Tiger sadly fail to hit anything with its RoF 1 8.8 cm gun. The sniper takes up a new position but fails to hit the Sappers with its rifle.

Turn 4
A very lucky shot from a T-34/85 penetrates the armor of the Tiger and the Poles have to abandon the machine almost as fast as they got it. The IS-2 platoon accompanied by the CiC attempt an assault over the rail tracks but the Poles are quick to reinforce their lines. After 5 or 6 round of combat from each side, the last surviving Polish, the CiC captures two bailed and one bogged IS-2 himself! The soviet CiC flees to a Nearby T-34 where he takes up new headquarters. The Sniper is chased off by the Sappers.

The poles now bring forth another secret weapon -  a group of homemade mortars. On the left flank the Poles charge the unit of Kedyw towards the mighty IS-2, but in faith that Stalin wont notice their actions, they IS-2s cowardly retreats from the assault.

Turn 5
The Soviets reinforce their position by filling up with more infantry on the objective. The Heroic Polish CiC, sadly out of command, is obliterated by the heavy gun from one of the IS-2. Or maybe he is just good at hiding?

A Squad of captured German Scout cars arrive to support the lines, but with little power to deal with the IS-2. Close enough to contest the objective the Poles still have not lost their faith.  Artillery fire proves useless in an attempt to destroy the T-34:s and the "home made" mortars manage only to blew one of their own crew member to pieces.

Turn 6
With combined fire from the tanks and the infantry the Kadyw Squad is reduced to half their numbers and forced away from contesting the objective with an subsequent assault from the Soviet Sappers.

After a good Piat-hit that bail one of the T-34:s, a last attempt is made to retake the objective by assaulting the defenders. The assault is however stopped after heavy defensive fire from the tanks and sappers. The Poles retreat to the ruins of Warsaw while Stalin will be delighted to hear the news.

Soviet 5-2 victory.
